Refund policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If you want a full refund, all items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when you received them. If the goods have lost value or are damaged because you have used them in an inappropriate way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, then you can only get a part of the purchase price back. In some cases, this may mean that we consider that a refund is not warranted.

In the event that you received your order damaged, please send us an email within 5 days at info@fillerlab.dk with your order number and pictures of the item, as well as a precise description. We will deal with the cases individually.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation.

Domestic shipping rates

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

Express delivery 1 to 2 – The price depends on the weight

Standard delivery 2 to 4 - The price depends on the weight

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders shipped within Denmark, on all orders of min. DKK 3000

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 4pm - by DHL or GLS.

We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you have provided, or via e-mail when ordering to provide delivery information.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. It may take 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipment confirmation by email, please contact us at info@fillerlab.dk with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.

Reservations are made for out-of-stock products, printing errors, VAT and tax changes and delivery failures.
